FY26 Legislative Bonus

June 1 – 5: FY26 June One-Time Bonus Processing

Agencies can now begin processing the FY26 June One-Time bonus payment data. 

If your agency used the Cardinal Legislative Salary Increase Tool, HR Administrators must run the bonus extract queries, validate that the files match, and complete the Rewards & Recognition upload. Once complete, hand off the SPOT bonus query data to your Payroll team for SPOT Earnings upload by the Friday, June 5 deadline. 

Opted-out agencies must manually enter data or populate templates for mass upload.

Changes keyed after Thursday, May 28, will neither remove nor add system blocks.
